Francine Martinez, a 24-year-old female soldier stationed at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on September 4, 2021. Francine, who was of Hispanic ethnicity, was a dedicated and kind individual who was well-liked by her peers. She was also a mother to a young child.
