In the late hours of April 28, 2021, the life of 27-year-old Treveaughn D. Grant, an African American male, was tragically cut short on a street in Shreveport, Louisiana. At approximately 11:30 p.m., officers from the Shreveport Police Department were dispatched to the 2600 block of Roosevelt Avenue following reports of a shooting.
