Kelvin Braziel, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 10, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Caddo Parish Coroner's Office identified him as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the Allendale neighborhood. According to the Shreveport Police Department, officers responded to a call shortly before 6 p.m. and found Braziel with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
