In the late summer of 2017, the life of Frederick C. Davis, a 41-year-old man from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Tuesday, August 29th, violence erupted in the city's Highland neighborhood, resulting in a shooting that claimed Davis's life.
