Christopher Norman, a 38-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on November 3, 2021. The incident occurred at the Comfort Inn on Constitution Avenue. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department , Norman was involved in a physical altercation with another individual when he was shot.
