Seantonius Carpenter, a 23-year-old African American male from Alexandria, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2021. The incident occurred around 7:10 p.m. near the Harmony Hills Housing District, formerly known as the Sunset Drive Housing District, in the 2900 block of Monroe Street.
