In Alexandria, Louisiana, on January 4, 2015, the life of 29-year-old Raymond Dewayne Weston was tragically cut short in what was described as a senseless and entirely preventable incident. Weston, a male resident of the city, was at a house located in the 2500 block of Culpepper Drive when a firearm discharged, inflicting a fatal wound.
