Kengie S. Coutee, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2022, in Alexandria, Louisiana. His death was a result of gun violence, a devastating event that has left his family and community in mourning. Kengie was born on December 18, 2000, in Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and was laid to rest in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Alexandria.
