Eugene Joseph Pearce, born in 1892 in St. Mary's Parish, Louisiana, was a Prohibition Agent with the Bureau of Prohibition. On December 18, 1931, while patrolling near Alexandria, Louisiana, Agent Pearce and his colleagues, Agents Paul Hornaday and W. H.
