Deven Slade Blood Brooks, a 27-year-old White male from Alexandria, Louisiana, was found deceased on January 11, 2022, his life brought to a brutal and untimely end. His body was discovered by the Red River, bearing a single gunshot wound to the head. He had been bound with zip ties, Gorilla Tape, and steel cables, a grim testament to his final moments. Two days prior, he had been reported as a possible kidnapping victim.
