Corey Brooks, 17, a Black/African American male, was shot on the afternoon of May 21, 2025, in the 4000 block of Clark Street in Alexandria, Louisiana. Police said three people were wounded in the gunfire; Brooks, an Alexandria Senior High student, later died from his injuries at the hospital.
