In the early afternoon of Wednesday, June 12, 2024, the Alexandria Police Department responded to a call about a shooting at a residence in the 100 block of Sunset Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of 21-year-old Devyn Sells, a male resident of Alexandria, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
