On June 12, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Alexandria, Louisiana, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Devyn Sells. Sells was found deceased from an apparent gunshot wound at a residence in the 100 block of Sunset Drive. The Alexandria Police Department responded to the scene around 12:40 PM after receiving reports of a shooting.
