Artyleus J. Norris, a 25-year-old male from Alexandria, Louisiana, passed away on April 12, 2016. The circumstances surrounding his death were tragic and involved a violent altercation. According to reports, Artyleus J. Norris was fatally shot during a confrontation with a 16-year-old male. The incident occurred on 15th Street near Willow Glenn River Road in Alexandria. The altercation escalated, leading the teenager to produce a firearm and shoot Norris multiple times.
