Jeremy Edward 'Jay' Carruth, a 29-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2003, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Jay was a dedicated patrolman with the Alexandria Police Department and a veteran of the Louisiana National Guard's 239th Military Police Company. He was also a loving father to two young daughters, Noelle and Margaux Carruth, and a cherished son, brother, and uncle.
