In the late morning hours of Tuesday, May 28, 2024, a vehicle crash in the 2900 block of 3rd Street in Alexandria, Louisiana, led to a grim discovery. First responders arrived at the scene around 9:10 AM to find a car had struck a building. The driver, 23-year-old Kalen Dubois, a male resident of Alexandria, was found unresponsive inside the vehicle. He was suffering from a gunshot wound.
