Adrian Sianez, 24, was fatally shot on September 8, 2013, in Chicago's Gage Park neighborhood, located on the Southwest Side. Sianez was standing on the 5500 block of South Mozart Street around 3:40 a.m. when a gunman exited an SUV and opened fire. He was struck multiple times in the back and buttocks.
