On February 12, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana, 66-year-old Pamela Parish, a woman, was fatally shot while seated in her vehicle in the 10000 block of Chef Menteur Highway. The incident occurred around 9:43 p.m., when both Parish and an unidentified man were struck by gunfire as they sat in their respective vehicles.
