In the early hours of February 17, 2022, in Shreveport, Louisiana, 25-year-old Regmond Mitchell, a male, was found deceased in his black sedan in the 4200 block of Barbara Avenue. He had sustained at least one gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Shreveport Fire Department.
