A sense of unease settled over a Shreveport neighborhood on March 7, 2014, when a family member, unable to make contact with 22-year-old Nikko Taylor, went to his home in the 1800 block of Weinstock Street. Inside, a grim discovery was made. Nikko Taylor, a male, was found deceased, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to his upper body.
