On a summer afternoon in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of 21-year-old Jamani Johnson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On June 19, 2023, at The Jolie Apartments on Quail Creek Boulevard, Johnson was fatally wounded in a shooting.
