Christopher Jamison Williams, a 27-year-old African American male, was found shot to death on June 23, 2014, outside the Oak Meadows Apartments in Shreveport's Highland neighborhood. He was discovered with a single gunshot wound to his head at the peach-colored apartment complex in the 1900 block of Centenary Boulevard.
