Cartell D. Willis, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2019, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:30 a.m., when Willis was found lying in the driveway of a residence in the 300 block of Hoyte Drive. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene.
