Daryl Lafitte, a 50-year-old man from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically killed on June 28, 2021. The incident occurred in the Martin Luther King Drive neighborhood on Pouncey Lane. According to reports, Lafitte was shot multiple times after an argument escalated between him and another man inside a home. The shooter, who has not been named publicly, pulled out a gun and fatally shot Lafitte. Lafitte was pronounced dead at the scene.
