Edgar Villa, 19, a Hispanic male from Shreveport, Louisiana, was struck by gunfire at Ford Park on the night of June 22, 2025, after patrol officers nearby heard shots ring out around 9 p.m. in the 5800 block of South Lakeshore Drive.
