In the quiet early morning hours in Shreveport, Louisiana, a senseless act of violence tragically cut short the life of one-year-old Karter Amir Martin. On February 11, 2024, the apartment where the infant was sleeping became the target of a drive-by shooting. Multiple gunshots penetrated the residence, striking and fatally wounding the child.
