Andre Darshun Marcole Braggs, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred at the Old Salem Apartments located in the 6700 block of Buncombe Road. Braggs was shot in both legs around 7 p.m. and was subsequently transported to Ochsner LSU Health Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Caddo Parish Coroner's Office confirmed his identity through fingerprint comparison.
