Joel Sem Perez Oseguera, a 21-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on October 22, 2020. The incident occurred in the afternoon at approximately 3:40 PM at Seasons Park on Harris Road in Bakersfield. According to reports, there was a shooting at the park, and Joel was the victim.
