In the early evening of February 26, 2023, the life of 22-year-old Carvarion L. Brown was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Shreveport, Louisiana. On that Sunday, Shreveport Police were called to the 600 block of Rainbow Drive in the Cedar Grove neighborhood, where they discovered a grim scene. A vehicle, riddled with bullet holes, had crashed, and inside were three individuals who had all been shot.
