Travis Smiley, a 37-year-old man from Shreveport, Louisiana, was found fatally shot on December 1, 2020. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. outside a residence on Colquitt Road. Smiley had sustained a fatal gunshot injury to the upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Shreveport Police Department launched an immediate investigation into the homicide.
