Robert Lee Perry, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2018, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the afternoon at an apartment complex located in the 4500 block of North Market Street. Shreveport Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Perry suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
