In a tragic turn of events stemming from what has been described as a domestic dispute, 28-year-old Nickolas Prater lost his life in his Shreveport, Louisiana, home. On the evening of April 25, 2023, Shreveport police were called to a residence in the 2900 block of Bolch Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Prater suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite any medical intervention that may have been rendered, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
