On November 4, 2024, 15-year-old Anthony T. Vinson Jr. was fatally shot in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred just before 2 a.m. near the Hollywood Mini Mart at the intersection of Jewella Avenue and Peyton Street. Vinson was found with multiple gunshot wounds near his bicycle and was transported to Ochsner LSU Health hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:21 a.m.
