Death by Force

David Allen Voegeli, aged 20, was tragically shot on February 22, 2000, in an apartment located on East 4th Street in Duluth, Minnesota. The incident occurred during an alleged drug deal that escalated into a robbery. Voegeli was shot in the spine, which left him permanently paralyzed. He succumbed to complications from his injuries on March 29, 2023, at the age of 43.
