On March 28, 1994, a house party in Duluth, Minnesota's East Hillside neighborhood turned into a scene of tragedy, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Peter Moore and two other young men. Moore was attending the gathering with Samuel Witherspoon, 21, and Keith Hermanson, 20, when the events that led to their untimely deaths began to unfold. The perpetrator was 19-year-old Todd Michael Warren, a senior at Proctor High School who was at the party with his girlfriend and some friends.
