Trayvon Howard, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Trayvon's death was the result of gunshot wounds sustained in a broad daylight shooting in the Plum Orchard neighborhood. The New Orleans Police Department responded to a call just before 12:50 p.m. and found Trayvon suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity and the cause of death.
