Harold Richardson, aged 38, was tragically found dead on November 16, 2021, in East Chicago, Indiana. He was one of two victims discovered in an apartment located in the 3900 block of Pulaski Street. Both Richardson and Jamal D. Loving, aged 26, were fatally shot in the head. Richardson was found in the rear bedroom, while Loving was found on a mattress in the living room. The Lake County Coroner's Office pronounced both victims dead at the scene.
