Isaiah Pina, a 20-year-old resident of Hammond, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2018, in East Chicago, Indiana. Isaiah was found with multiple gunshot wounds near a fence area in the 4000 block of Pulaski Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:45 a.m. by the Lake County coroner's office, which later ruled his death a homicide.
