Steven Wiggins, a 46-year-old resident of East Chicago, Indiana, was tragically shot to death on February 10, 2018. Authorities responded to a call at approximately 1:50 a.m. and found Wiggins with multiple gunshot wounds in the 100 block of Guthrie Avenue. He was pronounced dead at 2:55 a.m. by the Lake County Coroner’s Office, which ruled his death a homicide.
