Joseph M. Jaquez, a 31-year-old Hispanic male from Aurora, Illinois, was found dead on July 14, 2016, in Joliet Township. His body was discovered in the trunk of a burning rental car, a 2016 Dodge Charger, which had been set on fire in the 1600 block of Patterson Road. The Will County Coroner's Office identified Jaquez through dental records, as his body was burnt beyond recognition. Preliminary autopsy results revealed that Jaquez died from a single gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ...
