Jonathan Ceballos, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021, in Joliet, Illinois. Jonathan was attending a Halloween party on East Jackson Street when the incident occurred. The party, which was attended by nearly 200 people, turned deadly when gunshots rang out around 12:39 a.m. Jonathan, along with another victim, Holly Mathews, was pronounced dead at the scene.
