Robert J. Garcia, a 16-year-old Hispanic male from Joliet, Illinois, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2014, due to a shooting incident in Joliet Township. The incident occurred in broad daylight around 1:40 p.m. in the 400 block of Algonquin Street.
