George H. Kiehl, a 24-year-old male from Lockport, IL, was tragically killed on July 16, 1983, in Joliet, IL. His death was part of a series of brutal killings that terrorized the Joliet area during the summer of 1983. Kiehl was shot along with several other victims, including Cathleen Norwood, 25, and Richard Paulin, 32, on the same day.
