Lamar Perryman, a 36-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on May 7, 2020, in Maywood, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. when Perryman was sitting in a vehicle on the first block of 21st Avenue. According to police reports, someone in a passing vehicle fired multiple shots at him.
