Kerwin Scott Jr., a 29-year-old African American male from Chicago, was tragically killed on October 10, 2021, in Maywood, Illinois. The incident occurred around 12:26 a.m. on the 800 block of South 17th Avenue. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office, Kerwin Scott Jr. died from multiple gunshot wounds.
