Seneca Richardson, a 34-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on the night of February 6, 2015, in Maywood, Illinois. Richardson, who worked as a cab driver for Blue Cab, was found slumped over the steering wheel of his taxi on the 1600 block of South 5th Avenue. The incident occurred around 8:44 p.m., and he had been shot in the back.
