Jazlyn Quintasia Hyatte, a 21-year-old African American woman from Chicago, Illinois, tragically lost her life on October 19, 2021. Jazlyn was born on May 30, 2000, in Rockford, Illinois, and had moved to Chicago two years prior to her death. She attended Jefferson High School and later obtained her GED. Jazlyn was a mother to her young son, Kasim McDonald, and was deeply cherished by her family and friends.
