David Scott Barnwell was shot and killed in front of his residence by an unknown suspect.
According to witnesses, the suspect was driving a newer white 4-door Ford Explorer with tinted windows back and forth in the neighborhood where Barnwell lived. When Barnwell saw the suspect, he walked up to the driver’s side of the vehicle, whereupon the suspect got out of the vehicle and shot Barnwell several times.
