On the night of September 14, 1994, Michael Dewayne Strong, age 26, was found dead on F Street in San Diego, California. Police responded to a call reporting a person down and discovered Strong lying face-down in the street. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds inflicted by several different firearms and was pronounced dead at the scene.
