James Harold Arberry, aged 47, was shot and killed on March 23, 2017, in San Diego, California. The incident took place around 10:50 p.m. on the 3500 block of Ocean View Boulevard. According to police reports, Arberry was shot multiple times shortly after exiting a nearby store. He was found lying in the street and pronounced dead at the scene.
