Jackson Jones, a 35-year-old Yellow Cab driver, was killed on April 27, 1992, in San Diego, California. At approximately midnight, Jones was dispatched to pick up a fare from an apartment on 60th Street in the El Cerrito neighborhood. However, he was not heard from after that point.
